OKMTSS on EDPlan Data Dashboard & Intervention Management System for Oklahoma Districts

The Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE), in partnership with Public Consulting Group (PCG), is offering all Oklahoma school districts an automated new data dashboard and intervention management system—at no cost. OKMTSS on EDPlan streamlines the collection and organization of key student data, including universal screeners for ELA and math, behavior, and attendance.

To integrate data into the data dashboard, each district must sign a data-sharing agreement (DSA) to ensure secure data flow between the OSDE, districts, PCG, and screener vendors. With this in place, educators can access timely, comprehensive insights to support student success. Without this in place, the dashboard will not populate student-level data in all fields.

Districts interested in using this tool for data analysis should complete the provided form to begin the process. This is a valuable opportunity to enhance data-driven decision-making to better support students across Oklahoma.

The dashboard only allows for an automatic upload from your universal screener vendor and does not offer manual data entry; therefore, if your district wants screening data to be visible on the data dashboard within OKMTSS on EDPlan, a multi-party DSA is required. To begin, please complete the DSA Request Form to request the DSA. This form will provide the Oklahoma State Department of Education with the vendors your district uses for ELA and Math. This will ensure that the district superintendent receives a signed DSA from the correct universal screening vendor.  Last, the agreement will be sent to district superintendents for final LEA signatures.

Note: If your district uses the statewide literacy screener, Amira, you do not need to complete this form.
