The Title IV, Part B - 21st Century Community Learning Centers program assists students attending high-poverty, low-performing schools in meeting academic standards in core subjects by providing services to students and their families during out-of-school hours.

21st CCLC Competitive Application
The Title IV, Part B - 21st CCLC grant application process is now open.
All applicants are required to submit a Letter of Intent by May 4, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Prior to submission, please ensure you have reviewed both the Grant Guidance and the How to Apply sections. The full grant application will open after all Letters of Intent have been reviewed, and applicants will be notified via email with next steps.
Dates to Remember
Fiscal:
June 1 - Last day to submit a claim in payable form for reimbursement by June 30
June 30 - Last day to make budget amendments for Fiscal Year
June 30 - Last day to encumber funds for the Fiscal Year
August 1 - Last date to submit a claim for the Fiscal Year
September 1 - Deadline to complete Fiscal Year closeout

June 1 - Annual Report due in Grants Management System (GMS)
