Public Notice of Tydings Waiver Request
The Oklahoma State Department of Education is requesting a Tydings waiver for the period of FFY 2022 21st CCLC funds awarded under Section 4201 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (ESEA}, as amended, until September 30, 2025. This request to extend the obligation period is submitted pursuant under section 421(b) of the General Education Provisions Act (GEPA). This permits the Oklahoma State Department of Education in accordance with criteria it develops, to expend the remaining FY 2022 awarded balance related to this waiver request.

The Title IV, Part B - 21st CCLC: Grant Application process is NOW CLOSED.
The grant application in the Grants Management System will open once review of each Letter of Intent is complete. Applicants will be notified through email regarding next steps.

Dates to Remember
Fiscal:
June 1 - Last day to submit a claim in payable form for reimbursement by June 30
June 30 - Last day to make budget amendments for Fiscal Year
June 30 - Last day to encumber funds for the Fiscal Year
August 1 - Last date to submit a claim for the Fiscal Year
September 1 - Deadline to complete Fiscal Year closeout
