Public Records

OSDE strives to make data collected from school districts easily available to educators and the public through a variety of reports and datasets. Educators, elected officials, and other policymakers use our data to make decisions. This information can then provide support for students, help to develop school improvement plans or shape public education laws.

Welcome to the OSDE Public Records Repository

The Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE) is committed to promoting transparency, accountability, and excellence across our state's public education system.

This repository serves as a centralized hub for families, educators, community members, and policymakers to access mandated state and federal reports.

Our goal is to provide clear, reliable, and timely data regarding school performance, program outcomes, and educational funding . By making this information readily available, we empower local communities to actively participate in shaping the future of education in Oklahoma  .

A Note on Data Privacy

The protection of student privacy is of the utmost importance. In compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), any public reports containing small student counts or sensitive information are strictly de-identified to ensure individual student identities remain protected.
