Office of Title Services

Welcome to the Office of Title Services (OTS) at the Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE). OTS provides support to Oklahoma schools and districts in their efforts to improve student achievement and ensure that students in Oklahoma are prepared for a successful future. OTS serves over 540 local education agencies (LEAs) that are subrecipients of federal grant awards.

OTS supports the following grant programs:

Title I, Part A, Improving the Academic Achievement of the Disadvantaged
Title I, Part C, Migrant Education Program
Title I, Part D, Prevention and Intervention Programs for Children and Youth who are Neglected, Delinquent, or At-Risk
Title II, Part A Supporting Effective Instruction
Title III, Part A English Language Acquisition
Title IV, Part A, Student Support and Academic Enrichment
Title V, Part B, Subpart I, Rural Education Initiative, Subpart 2, Rural and Low-Income School Program (RLIS)
Title IX, Part A, Education for Homeless Children and Youth (McKinney-Vento Act)

November 13 - ESEA Grant Performance Review Application Due (applicable to those districts on the list of the current fiscal year)

December 1 - 2nd Year Carryover Funds Expenditure Report Due (GMS)
December 1 - Initial ESEA Claim for Reimbursement Due (GMS)
December 15 - Comparability Application Due (GMS)
