District Monitoring Tool - The district monitoring tool is used for student-level review of IDEA documents (e.g. RED, MEEGS, IEP, Written Notice, and Invitation to Meeting). It has a series of questions that are answered yes, no, or N/A to determine compliance for specific sections of the IDEA documents. It can be used by teachers for their own file review or by district special education staff in monitoring individual files.
