What is an Individual Career Academic Plan?

ICAP refers to a process that helps students prepare for life after high school. During the ICAP process, students participate in a variety of academic and career development activities. Insight gained from these activities will result in a personalized roadmap they can use when navigating college or career plans after high school.

Our educational partners have provided two free platforms to Oklahoma schools for career exploration. OK Career Guide, provided by Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education, and OK College Start, powered by Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education.

These experiences provide essential hands-on experience in a work environment setting and help students solidify their Career Goals.
