The following provides resources for RSC meetings, record of the meeting minutes an OCC employee or representative participated in as a voting member, and a link to the group's webpage. The record of meeting minutes includes date, time, location, summary of motions and action items, agenda, discussion on agenda topics, votes taken and outcome, and attendance list of participants.

These documents are included for reference. Note that no Oklahoma Corporation Commission employee or representative votes on the Board or MOPC as they are prohibited by the SPP and RSC Bylaws.
