Hydrogen Fuel Production Facility
Annual Reporting Requirements
Every qualified hydrogen fuel production facility that produces hydrogen fuel in this state shall report to the Corporation Commission by March 1 each year the amount of hydrogen fuel produced in the preceding calendar year and the low or zero carbon source of energy used to produce the hydrogen fuel.
Change in Ownership or Contact Information
OAC 165:35-45-8(b) Each hydrogen fuel production owner shall notify, in writing, the PUD Director within thirty (30) days of a change in the owner's contact information.
OAC 165:35-45-8(c) The owner of a hydrogen fuel production facility shall notify the PUD Director in writing within thirty (30) days after a change in ownership.
Oklahoma Energy Security Act and Hydrogen Fuel Production Standard
17 O.S. § 801.9(B) The Commission shall begin collecting the reports no later than March 1, 2024, and shall report annually to the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the Governor the annual hydrogen fuel production amount produced by qualified hydrogen production facilities for the preceding calendar year, gathered from reports submitted pursuant to this subsection, no later than May 1 of the first year of collection and each year thereafter.
