Motor Carrier Presentations

The Oklahoma Corporation Commission Transportation Division offers industry outreach presentations to Oklahoma based motor carriers operating in or through Oklahoma to provide general information regarding applicable Oklahoma statutes, Commission rules, and federal motor carrier safety requirements.

These presentations are intended to assist Oklahoma based motor carriers in understanding regulatory requirements and compliance expectation related to their operations. Outreach is informational in nature and may be provided in a virtual or in-person format, subject to staff availability.

Motor carriers may request an outreach presentation by submitting the Outreach Request Form. Please provide complete and accurate information to allow sufficient time for review, scheduling, and preparation.

Submission of a request does not guarantee availability on the requested date or time. An OCC Transportation Division representative will contact the requestor to confirm availability and scheduling details.
