DOING BUSINESS WITH THE COMMISSION? PLEASE TAKE NOTE:

  • The Commission is in the process of moving to the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building, 2401 North Lincoln, in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City. 
    • The Jim Thorpe building is slated for a 3-4 year renovation project.
  • Until June 1, Commission meetings and hearings may be conducted at either the Concourse Theater, Suite C50, located in the tunnel between the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and the Sequoyah Memorial Office Building or Jim Thorpe.
    • The tunnel can be accessed by elevator from the 1st Floor of Will Rogers.
    • The meeting notice will contain the location.
  • After June 1, Commission meetings will be held in the Concourse Theater, Suite C50, located in the tunnel between the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and the Sequoyah Memorial Office Building.
  • After June 1, other proceedings - including court hearings - will be held in the Concourse Theater or additional courtrooms located in the tunnel between the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and the Sequoyah Memorial Office Building.
    • Specific room assignments will be available at the information desk in the first floor lobby of Will Rogers, and Commission staff will be available to assist.
  • All notices and updates regarding this move will be sent via Gov Delivery.

IIJA Public Meeting

At the request of Chairman Dana Murphy, the Commission held a public meeting on July 27, 2022 with regulated utilities and other companies on their plans regarding the Federal Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA).

PSO & OG&E Stakeholder Meetings

Public Service Company of Oklahoma and Oklahoma Gas & Electric have conducted stakeholder meetings at the Commission to discuss ways to mitigate customer costs from natural gas price volatility and cold weather events, such as the February 2021 Winter Storm.
