EV Charging Stations

The Commission regulates certain publicly available electric vehicle (“EV”) charging stations in Oklahoma, pursuant to the Driving on Road Infrastructure with Vehicles of Electricity (DRIVE) Act of 2021, 68 O.S. §§ 6501 et seq., and the Oklahoma Electric Vehicle Charging Act, 17 O.S. §§160.31 et seq.
