Finding Bids
All solicitations issued by the Oklahoma Office of Management & Enterprise Services, or OMES, are posted on that agency's website. OMES' staff encourages you to visit the site frequently and consistently, as bid opportunities are posted daily and solicitations are no longer mailed to prospective vendors.
Registered vendors, however, are notified of these pending solicitations via fax or e-mail. Solicitations and attachments may be downloaded from OMES' site.
Well Plugging Solicitations
All well plugging solicitations issued by the Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC) are emailed to those vendors who are currently registered through the OCC Oil and Gas Division.

Petroleum Storage Tank Division Solicitations
All Petroleum Storage Tank Division solicitations the Oklahoma Corporation Commission issues are emailed to those vendors who are currently registered through the Oklahoma Office of Management & Enterprise Services (OMES).
