Pipeline Tariff

The Corporation Commission does not require the filing of pipeline tariffs.

Effective September 1, 2026, OCC will no longer accept filings of pipeline tariffs. Any filing made prior to this date may be available through an Open Records Request. There is no guarantee that a pipeline tariff has been filed with the Corporation Commission since it is not a requirement.
