Technical Services Department

The mission of the Technical Services Department is to balance the rights of all parties, assist the domestic oil and gas industry, protect and preserve the environment, and prevent the waste of the state's natural resources by ensuring compliance with the applicable laws and rules; processing applicable applications and permits; and collecting, verifying, maintaining and disseminating accurate information for the regulated industry, surface and mineral owners, along with other governmental agencies and the people we serve.
