Provider Training

SoonerSelect Provider Town Hall

Beginning July 1, 2025, there will be a single process to submit applications and credentialing documents for all SoonerSelect health plans through the Availity portal. Providers will only need to submit credentialing one time through the portal. This single submission will be sufficient to cover all three health plans.

Credentialing status may be viewed via Availity. This will allow for a seamless process for business offices and will enable the health plans to leverage information already provided to support credentialing.

A series of virtual town halls will provide an overview of the Credentials Verification Organization process and answer any questions you may have. We hope you will join us.

Focus Forward

The Focus Forward Oklahoma Program is working to address issues related to access and utilization of long-acting reversible contraceptives (LARC) through policy, education, and communication. Focus Forward Oklahoma continues to provide no-cost LARC training to Oklahoma providers, and we’ll offer training for clinical support staff this spring. Requests should include the provider’s name and ID, contact information, and a brief description of the training need.
