Community Health Record
This service provides appropriate access to the patient’s consolidated health record that is available at the point of care via the Clinical Portal or Single Sign On. The health record includes allergies, medications, labs, radiology, and other transcribed documents.

Subscribed Notifications
Subscribed Notification are encounter notifications such as ED visits, and hospital admissions or discharges. Providers, if subscribed, will receive HL7 Admissions, Discharges and Transfer messages for their attributed patients.

Medicines Viewer
The Medicines Viewer is an integrated, intelligent medicines platform that provides a continually updated view of a patient’s prescribed medications. 

Direct Secure Messaging
Direct Secure Messaging (DSM) is a secure and encrypted tool, similar to email, to send health information directly to trusted recipients, while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality. 

Analytics
Solution to gather insights into the health of a user identified population and assists healthcare organizations in planning and the delivery of care in an effective, safe and sustainable manner. 

Electronic Clinical Quality Measures (eCQM) - Coming Soon!
This service allows for eCQM measurement and reporting to help providers meet mandatory reporting criteria in support of the Medicare and Medicaid Promoting Interoperability Programs, the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS), the Advanced Alternative Payment Models (Advanced APM), Medicaid Patient Centered Medical Home and other state health programs.

Electronic Public Health Reporting to OK State Department of Health - Coming Soon!
Data submitted electronically to OKSHINE is accessible in real time by Public Health. Epidemiologists are able to identify public health events, trends and outbreaks much more quickly in order to respond and inform the public.
