Disclaimer: The list of providers does not guarantee appointments as provider offices may have an age restriction or may not be seeing SoonerCare members at this time.

It is important that you see a provider who is contracted and in network with SoonerCare or SoonerSelect. Seeing a provider who is not in your plan's network could cause you to have a bill that wouldn't be covered.  

This is called out of network. In most cases, payments for out-of-network services are not covered by SoonerCare or SoonerSelect. Be sure to follow the rules for the plan you are enrolled in.

Here are some important details on how to select a provider by the program you have with SoonerCare:
