EDUCATION LEADERSHIP OKLAHOMA is administered by the Office of Educational Quality and Accountability n partnership with the Oklahoma State Legislature to provide support for Oklahoma teachers seeking National Board Certification.

Oklahoma has a history of strong support for teachers seeking National Board Certification and ranks ninth in the nation with the most National Board Certified Teachers. To date, 3,101 Oklahoma teachers have achieved National Board Certification, accounting for 7 percent of the teaching workforce (compared with just over 3 percent of teachers nationally).
