Financial Services

Financial Services Division supports the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education by providing budgeting, accounting, procurement, and regulatory oversight to a high standard of excellence in accordance with state and federal requirements.

Goals

  • Ensure all financial functions comply with governing regulations/requirements.
  • Financial  procedures are efficient, effective, and support a comprehensive system of accountability.
  • Financial resources align with the ODCTE mission and strategic purposes to maximize return on investment (ROI).
