What to expect if you are selected for an interview?
- Our interviews will consist of a multi-person agency interview panel, usually lasting about an hour.
- The Agency uses a Targeted Selection approach. With that, you will be asked a series of behavioral based set of questions using a technique called STAR.
- The answers candidates give should include:
Situation the candidate faced; or
Task the candidate faced.
Action the candidate took.
Result of the candidate's action(s).
Task the candidate faced.
