Strategic Workforce Partnerships
The Strategic Workforce Partnerships division includes Adult Education and Family Literacy, Jobs for American Graduates and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families. SWP provides support for the implementation of these programs:
- AEFL federal grants.
- JAG programs at participating K-12 schools.
- TANF provider services.
The SWP division represents the agency in operations related to the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act state plan. SWP collaborates regularly with CareerTech schools, the Department of Human Services, Work Ready Oklahoma and the Oklahoma Regents to support adults in joining the workforce through individualized plans, job training and supportive services like childcare and transportation assistance.

JAG delivers a competency-based curriculum that prepares students for successful futures.
Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
Helping to fund student's financial need in order to attain a sustainable living in the workforce.
