Site Assessment and Investigation

A Targeted Brownfields Assessment is a property assessment that can be tailored to the participant's needs.  It can be a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (also known as All Appropriate Inquiry), a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (a sampling assessment), and asbestos survey, etc.

DEQ provides free TBAs to eligible entities.  Eligible entities include non-profit and government entities (cities, counties, tribes) interested in redeveloping abandoned or under used properties.
