Waste Management Fees

The Hazardous Waste & Underground Injection Control Fees are related to the Rules 27A O.S. §§ 2-7-119 through 2-7-122 and OAC 252:205, Subchapter 21 OAC 252:652-1-6.

Solid Waste Disposal Fees

Commercial Landfill	$1.25/ton
Commercial Incinerator	$1.25/ton
Commercial Composting Facility	$1.25/ton
Roofing Material Recycling Facility	$1.25/ton

Fee is charged by the facility to users of the facility, and remitted to the DEQ. For new facilities, fee is $1.50/ton, with a provision that the facility will retain $0.25/ton for capital improvements (such as for purchase/installation of scales) until a total of $40,000 has been recouped, then the fee will drop to $1.25/ton.
