Industrial Permitting
The Industrial Permitting Section implements federal and state programs dealing with the discharge and disposal of industrial wastewater, and is responsible for issuing permits for the following activities:
- Surface discharges of industrial wastewater
- Disposal of industrial wastewater in surface impoundments and/or underground tanks
- Land application of industrial wastewater and/or sludge
