Total Retention Lagoon Facilities

The Environmental Complaints and Local Services Division (ECLS) is charged with the implementation of the total retention lagoon program which addresses the wastewater needs of hundreds of small Oklahoma communities.

It is our dedicated staff of environmental specialist and administrative support staff working closely with the owners and operators of these wastewater facilities that ensure  the success of this program.  Services provided include compliance monitoring, technical support and outreach, and enforcement as needed.
