Executive Offices

The Executive Offices bring together leadership, legal, outreach, funding, permitting support, and continuous improvement under a single structure. It includes the Executive Director’s Office, manages strategic planning and agency-wide policy; the Office of Communication & Education for public and media outreach; the Permit Assistance & Public Outreach Team (PAPOT) to help stakeholders navigate permitting; the Office of Grants & Funding Resources (OGFR) to oversee grant programs; Legal for regulatory counsel; and the Office of Continuous Improvement (OCI) focused on enhancing operational efficiency.
