NTHS has many outstanding Chapters and advisors across Oklahoma. We have developed a Best Practices Portal to strengthen our membership and to help new chapters or new chapter advisors,

We invite you to look over our best practices and how they align with the mission of NTHS: To honor student achievement and leadership, promote educational excellence, award scholarships, and enhance career opportunities for the NTHS membership. If you have a best practice that you would like to submit, please contact the Coordinating Council Chair.

Chapters have the ability to honorarily induct members into NTHS. Honorary induction is a great way to publicly thank business and industry supporters, educators and dignitaries in your community for their support of career and technical education.

Induction ceremonies for students are a great way to recognize student achievement. Induction ceremonies can include prominent speakers. Invitations should include members of families.

Working with local education foundations NTHS chapters may establish endowed scholarships to provide to members.

NTHS chapters may choose to host career fairs. Career fairs provide an opportunity for students to interact with business and industry as well as explore career options.
