The Oklahoma ACTE awards program seeks to promote excellence in CareerTech education by recognizing individuals who have made extraordinary contributions to the field, programs that exemplify the highest standards and organizations that have conducted activities to promote and expand CareerTech education programs.

Aspirations in Computing is an awards program that recognizes and awards high school and college women around the country for their interests and achievements in computing and technology. ITEEA and its foundation, the Foundation for Technology and Engineering Educators, give awards, and scholarships to support the advancement of STEM through Technology and Engineering Education. The Foundation for Technology and Engineering Educators was established in 1986 as a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, initiated a program of giving in 1993, in which awards are presented during the ITEEA Annual Conference. FTEE awards support programs that will: make our children technologically literate; transfer industrial and corporate research into our schools; produce models of excellence in STEM through Technology and Engineering teaching; create public awareness regarding the nature of technology and engineering education; and help technology and engineering teachers maintain a competitive edge in technology. Register for The SourceAmerica® Design Challenge, a national engineering competition that pairs high school and college student teams with nonprofit agencies employing people with disabilities. Their task: to solve specific, real-world accessibility problems. The innovations enhance employment options and increase productivity in the workplace.

The College Board and Project Lead The Way are excited to provide you with an opportunity to earn recognition for your AP and PLTW coursework. To earn this student achievement, you must complete three courses in a pathway - one AP course; one PLTW course; and a third course, either AP or PLTW - and earn a qualifying score of 3 or higher on the AP Exam(s) and a score of Proficient or higher on the PLTW End-of-Course Assessment(s).
