Safety & Health

The Oklahoma Department of Labor's Safety and Health division is dedicated to enhancing workplace safety and health across both public and private sectors. We offer consultation services, outreach, and educational programs, and establish partnerships to set and enforce safety regulations, all aimed at preventing workplace accidents.

Our Licensing division, guided by advisory committees, oversees the licensure, registration, and regulation of 51 occupational licenses. We ensure that individuals and businesses meet high standards of expertise to protect the health, safety, and welfare of our citizens.
