Licensing Window Information: Please be advised that our licensing windows are now located on the first floor. The hours of operation are as follows: Thursdays: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We accept payments via check, money order, and most major credit cards. We do not accept cash under any circumstances.

Alarm, Locksmith, and Fire Sprinkler Program

Our program oversees and regulates various services within the Alarm, Locksmith, and Fire Sprinkler Industry, including:

  • Monitoring
  • Burglar Alarms
  • Fire Alarms
  • Fire Sprinklers
  • Locksmithing
  • Access Control
  • Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)
  • Nurse Call Systems

Initially, the program focused on the alarm and locksmith industries in response to concerns about unqualified and unethical practices. Over time, it expanded to include electronic access controls, CCTV, fire sprinklers, and nurse call systems under the comprehensive Alarm and Locksmith Industry umbrella.
