Licensing Window Information: Please be advised that our licensing windows are now located on the first floor. The hours of operation are as follows: Thursdays: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We accept payments via check, money order, and most major credit cards. We do not accept cash under any circumstances.

The Wage & Hour Unit is a dedicated advocate for Oklahoma's workforce, ensuring fair compensation practices. Employers must adhere to all federal and state compensation laws, and our unit investigates wage claims to secure rightful payment for employees when necessary.

If you are an employee who believes you have not been properly paid, or an employer seeking information on Oklahoma employment laws, please reach out to us. To address any employment issues enforced by the Wage & Hour Unit, employees must file a wage claim to initiate the process.
