In accordance with the authority granted under Okla. Const. art. VI. sec. 20, 40 O.S. Sec.1(B)(4), and 40 O.S. Sec. 462(A), Labor Commissioner Leslie Osborn and the Oklahoma Department of Labor’s (“ODOL”) Safety Standards Division, Amusement Ride Inspection Unit, does hereby notice the public that beginning immediately all “inflatable amusement devices,” as defined by 40 O.S. Sec. 472(A)(5), which are “designed primarily as floating devices to be installed in or on bodies of water,” shall no longer undergo annual inspection nor be required to be registered with the ODOL.
