Licensing Program

Our service manages the licensure, registration, and regulation of 51 distinct occupational licenses across Oklahoma. We ensure that all licensees meet the required standards of expertise to protect the health, safety, and welfare of all Oklahomans. This is achieved through thorough evaluation of applicant experience and education, efficient processing of license issuance, renewals, and upgrades, timely distribution of licensing news and renewal notices, and comprehensive criminal history checks. Currently, the Oklahoma Department of Labor (ODOL) licenses approximately 10,000 individuals and businesses.
