Be A Neighbor is an online network that connects Oklahomans with local support and resources. It enables neighbors to take advantage of food pantries, financial assistance, medical care, transportation, employment and other free or reduced-cost help. Every month, Be a Neighbor serves as a vital resource for thousands of Oklahomans.
Three Ways to Participate
Community partners are invited to join the Be a Neighbor network. There are three ways your organization can participate:
- Add your program to the Be a Neighbor network.
- Connect your clients with the resources available at Be a Neighbor.
- Meet the needs of fellow Oklahomans by accepting and responding to service referrals on Be a Neighbor.
Powered by FindHelp Oklahoma, Be a Neighbor helps community-based organizations easily and effectively assist individuals in need of services. Organizations can create a free account on the platform and claim their program(s).
Claim Your Program Today
To claim a program, visit the claims page and find your organization. Hit the claim button, create a free account and verify the claim from your confirmation email. Once confirmed, a check mark will appear in the corner of the listing. If you don’t see your organization listed, use the suggest a program form to sign up.
Be a Neighbor is free to use and includes a suite of tools to manage listings, accept referrals, schedule appointments and get actionable insights through program analytics.
