State Fire Marshal

The Health Certification Project offers the following written certification exams for the Oklahoma State Fire Marshal:

• Outdoor Fireworks Display Operator
• Fire Extinguisher Industry Licensing Test 
  • candidate must score 90% in both subsections of the exam to pass - effective July 1, 2026

Testing Fees

• Outdoor Fireworks Display Operator: $25.00 per test, $15.00 for one same-day re-test
• Fire Extinguisher Industry Licensing Test: $65.00

Required Documentation

• Current, valid state-issued Driver's License or Identification Card issued by any U.S. government entity
