Medical Micropigmentologist/Tattoo/Body Piercing

The Health Certification Project offers the following certification exams for the Oklahoma State Department of Health:

• Medical Micropigmentation
• Tattoo/Body Piercing Artist

Testing Fee: $200

Required Documentation

• Original Letter of Notification from Oklahoma State Department of Health
• Valid, current photo identification issued by government entity within the U.S. (i.e. passport, driver's license, school-issued ID)

Rules

• Medical Micropigmentation (Chapter 234)
• Tattoo/Body Piercing (Chapter 233)
