Man in the Middle: Serving as a Reseller to the Federal Government, Plus the Ins and Outs of Waiving Tariffs   There’s a widespread misconception in federal contracting that a small business buying goods or materials from one company and selling them then to the government is acting as an impermissible pass-through. But that’s not necessarily the case. It can absolutely be done if done properly. During this presentation we’ll talk about subjects that resellers and potential resellers should consider—that may also be of interest to all government contractors—such as the Limitation on Subcontracting and Nonmanufacturer Rule, Buy American Act/Trade Agreement Act compliance, and potentially obtaining duty-free entry (no tariffs!) of foreign goods and materials.
