317:35-22-4. Citizenship

Citizenship is not a factor of eligibility for the pregnant individual. However, as this coverage is intended to benefit the newborn child who will be a U.S. citizen at birth, the pregnant individual will not qualify for this coverage if she intends to leave Oklahoma before the child is born.
