If you wish to sign up for public comment regarding the agenda items at the SPARC meeting, you may do so on the sign-in sheet which will be placed on the table entering the OHCA boardroom. The SPARC meeting will allow each person 2 minutes for public comment and will be limited to the first 15 people who properly request to speak.
