CareerTech Information Management System (CTIMS) is EMPOWER Oklahoma by CareerTech's financial system. Approved program's federal allocations will be uploaded to the CTIMS financial system. CTIMS includes the following forms:
- Worksheet
- Agreement
- Invoice

- October 15th: First Quarter
