317:30-3-10. Sales tax

[Issued 1-05-95]

Under paragraph (i), Section 1305 exemptions, Article 13, Title 68, O.S. 1981, sales to the State of Oklahoma are exempt from sales tax applicable in the State of Oklahoma.
