In-Home Supports Waiver for Children — Oklahoma Human Services is seeking to amend the In-Home Supports Waiver for Children (IHSW-C). The IHSW-C serves individuals with intellectual disabilities ages 3 through 17. The specific changes include removing the Supported Employment service; removing the Prevocational service; updating qualifications for case managers, initial level of care evaluators, and annual level of care evaluators to allow years of experience to be used in lieu of a bachelors degree; updating the incident reporting requirements to comply with CMS guidelines; removing the performance measure that requires an annual medical report be completed and related language; and updating service utilization projections.

Proposed Effective Date: July 1, 2026, contingent on CMS approval
