OK SPA 25-0012 Supplemental Rebate Agreement Update

Effective January 1 2026, the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) will seek approval of an updated Supplemental Rebate Agreement, for use between the Agency and drug manufacturers, as well as a State Plan amendment reflecting the new effective date for the updated agreement. The agreements will be effective on and after January 1, 2026. This is a periodically-required update.
