Hospice Revisions for ADvantage and Medically Fragile Waivers — Pursuant to House Bill 3980 (2024 Regular Session), which expanded hospice eligibility, hospice services for ADvantage and Medically Fragile members will be covered under the Oklahoma Medicaid State Plan (SoonerCare) effective January 1, 2025. As a result, the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OHS) is seeking to remove hospice as a waiver service under both programs.
