2025 SoonerCare Choice Waiver Post-Award Forum

Oklahoma will hold its annual Post-Award Forum to provide the public an opportunity to comment on the progress of the SoonerCare Choice Section 1115(a) Medicaid demonstration. This forum is required under 42 CFR 431.420(c).

The forum allows the public to review implementation activities, operational updates, evaluation progress, and other key developments related to the SoonerCare Choice demonstration. Any comments received will be included in the semi-annual and annual reports submitted to CMS.

Approved demonstration documents and the administrative record are available for review on this page. Feedback may be submitted through the comment box.

Public Comment at MAC Meeting

Individuals who wish to speak during the MAC meeting must sign up in writing once the MAC agenda is posted (no later than 24 hours before the meeting).

• Requests should be sent to MACComments@okhca.org.
• Public comment is limited to the first 15 individuals who properly request to speak.
• Each person will be allotted two minutes.
