2025 IMD Waiver Post-Award Forum

Oklahoma will hold its annual Post-Award Forum to report on the progress of the state’s Institution for Mental Disease (IMD) Section 1115(a) Medicaid demonstration and to receive public comment. This forum is required under 42 CFR 431.420(c).

The forum provides an opportunity for the public to review implementation updates, operational milestones, evaluation activities, and other key developments for the IMD demonstration. Any comments received will be included in the quarterly and/or annual reports submitted to CMS.

A presentation on the IMD demonstration’s progress will be provided during the Medical Advisory Committee (MAC) meeting:

Public Comment at MAC Meeting

Individuals wishing to speak during the MAC meeting must sign up in writing once the MAC agenda is posted (no later than 24 hours before the meeting).

• Requests should be sent to MACComments@okhca.org.
• Public comment is limited to the first 15 individuals who properly request to speak.
• Each person will be allotted two minutes.

IMD waiver reports are available for review on this page. Feedback may be submitted through the comment box below. Comments submitted through the OHCA Policy Blog will be viewable online.
