APA WF # 25-02A&B ADvantage Waiver Policy Revisions

These policy revisions align Agency rules for the ADvantage Program with the 1915(c) Home and Community Based Waiver amendments that were approved by CMS, effective October 1, 2023. The eligibility age criteria for adults with physical disabilities will be updated from the age of 21 to the age of 19. Rules will reflect an increase in the maximum number of home delivered meals from 1 to 2 per day and will include revised procedural requirements for the delivery of meals. Finally, revisions include reformatting policy for clarity and removing outdated language.
