APA WF# 24-14 Hospice Benefit Expansion

These rule changes are currently approved as Emergency Rules and must be promulgated as Permanent Rules.

The proposed policy was presented at the Tribal Consultation held on September 3, 2024, and to the Medical Advisory Committee on November 7, 2024. Additionally, this proposal will be presented at a Public Hearing scheduled for January 6, 2025, and is scheduled to be presented as Permanent Rules to the OHCA Board of Directors on January 15, 2025.
