2024 SoonerCare Choice Post Award Forum

The annual Post Award Forum is held to solicit feedback from the public regarding the progress of Oklahoma’s SoonerCare Choice section 1115(a) Medicaid demonstration project.  Any comments received will be included in the waiver’s semi-annual and annual reports to CMS.

Please view the approved demonstration with administrative record and submit feedback via the comment box. The public forum will be held at the Oklahoma Health Care Authority’s Medical Advisory Committee Meeting on November 7, 2024 at 1:00PM.  

If you wish to sign up for public comment at the MAC meeting, you may do so in writing once the MAC agenda has been posted and no later than 24 hours before the meeting. Each person will be given 2 minutes to speak at the public hearing. The MAC meeting will allow each person 2 minutes for public comment and will be limited to the first 15 people who properly request to speak. If you wish to sign up for public comment, email MACComments@okhca.org.

Written comments or requests for copies of the annual report will be accepted by contacting OHCA as indicated. Comments submitted through the OHCA policy blog will be available for review online. Other written comments are available upon request at federal.authorities@okhca.org
