Potentially Preventable Readmissions SPA Pages Revocation (OK SPA 24-0007)

The Oklahoma Health Care Authority will seek approval of a State Plan amendment to revoke the Potentially Preventable Readmissions (PPR) State Plan Pages due to the low utilization and the shift to managed care. Many of the managed care plans have similar programs and a majority of our population will no longer be on the traditional FFS program making it administratively burdensome for the Agency to continue.
